1. Acceptance of these terms & conditions

Who these terms apply to.

This website is owned and operated by Nashi Informatics Solutions Pvt. Ltd., #20/161, 1st Floor, Karuneegar Street, Adambakkam, Chennai 600088, India (“Nashi”, “we”, “us”). By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms & conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.

Where you sign a separate proposal, agreement or statement of work with us, that document applies together with these terms & conditions. If there is a conflict, the signed document takes priority.

2. Use of the website

Rules for using our website.

You may use this website to learn about our services and contact us. You agree not to:

  • Use the website for any unlawful, harmful or fraudulent purpose
  • Try to hack, overload or disrupt the website or its security
  • Copy, scrape or republish our content without written permission
  • Submit false information or impersonate another person

Website content is provided for general information. While we work to keep it accurate, we do not guarantee that every detail is complete or current.

3. Services, proposals and payments

How projects are agreed and paid for.

Our services include SEO, AI search optimisation, social media, performance marketing, website development, branding, content, video, analytics, chatbots, CRM and AI automation.

  • Proposals: each project begins with a written proposal or quote describing the scope, deliverables, timeline and fees. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise
  • Payments: projects are usually billed in milestones, commonly an advance before work starts and the balance on delivery. Monthly services are billed in advance each month
  • Taxes: all fees are exclusive of GST, which is added as applicable
  • Late payment: if invoices are unpaid after the due date, we may pause work until payment is received
  • Ad spend: advertising budgets for Google, Meta and other platforms are paid by you directly to the platform and are separate from our management fees
  • Changes: work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it begins

4. Free AI Growth Audit

What the free audit includes.

Our free AI Growth Audit is a review of your website, search visibility, ads, follow-up and tracking, with practical recommendations.

  • It is free and carries no obligation to buy any service
  • It is based on information available to us at the time and is not a guarantee of results
  • We may contact you by email, phone or WhatsApp to discuss the audit, and you can ask us to stop at any time

5. Client ownership of websites, ad accounts and data

What belongs to you.

We believe your business assets should always belong to you:

  • Once all invoices for a project are paid, you own the final website, designs, content and brand files we create for you
  • Ad accounts, analytics properties, CRM accounts and WhatsApp Business accounts are set up in your name wherever possible, and you keep full access
  • Your customer data remains yours, and we process it only to deliver the agreed services
  • When our work together ends, we hand over access and files on request

6. Intellectual property

Rights in our website content and tools.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and layouts, belongs to Nashi or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

We keep ownership of our own tools, templates, frameworks, code libraries and know-how used to deliver services. Where these are included in your project, you receive a licence to use them as part of your deliverables. Third-party items such as themes, plugins, fonts, stock images and software are subject to their own licences.

7. Your responsibilities

What we need from you.

To deliver results on time, we rely on you to:

  • Provide accurate information, content, approvals and access when needed
  • Make sure the content and materials you give us do not infringe anyone’s rights
  • Follow the advertising, WhatsApp and platform policies that apply to your business
  • Keep your passwords secure and tell us about any changes that affect the work

Delays in feedback or access may affect agreed timelines.

8. Results and third-party platforms

What we can and cannot guarantee.

We follow proven methods and work hard for your results, but rankings, AI citations, leads, sales and ad performance depend on many factors outside our control, such as competition, search engine and AI algorithm changes, platform policies and your market. For this reason we do not guarantee specific results unless they are agreed in writing.

Google, Meta, WhatsApp, hosting providers and other third-party platforms operate under their own terms. We are not responsible for their outages, policy changes, account suspensions or pricing changes.

9. Confidentiality

How we protect your business information.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business information shared during our work together and to use it only for the project. We are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) on request. This duty continues after the project ends.

10. Limitation of liability

The limits of our responsibility.

To the extent allowed by law, Nashi is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees you paid us for the specific service in the three months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms & conditions limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

11. Termination

How either party can end the work.

Monthly services can be cancelled by either party with 30 days’ written notice. Project work can be ended in writing if the other party seriously breaches these terms and does not fix it within 15 days. On termination, you pay for work completed up to that date, and we hand over completed deliverables and account access once payments are settled.

12. Governing law and disputes

Where disputes are resolved.

These terms & conditions are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to resolve any dispute through friendly discussion. If that fails, the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu will have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Changes to these terms

How we update this page.

We may update these terms & conditions from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the website or our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
