What you will do
- Set up WhatsApp Business API flows and chatbots
- Build automations connecting forms, CRMs and sheets
- Configure AI agents for lead follow-up and reporting
- Test and document every workflow
- Support clients after launch
What we are looking for
- 1 to 3 years with automation tools such as n8n, Make or Zapier
- Understanding of APIs and webhooks
- Familiarity with ChatGPT or Claude APIs
- Experience with Zoho or HubSpot CRM is a plus
